  • Our Small Group Coaching sessions follow a structured plan focused on building strength and improving technique. Led by experienced coaches, you'll see real progress over time. We run multiple session times throughout the week, all bookable via the GloFox app.

  • Led by a female coach, our Ladies Club offers small group strength training in a supportive, empowering environment. It’s designed to help women feel strong, confident, and capable - whatever your starting point.

  • A full-body, high-intensity workout designed to boost your fitness, endurance, and strength. We use sleds, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio machines and more.

     

    Available to Non-members!

  • Our Mobility class helps you move better, feel stronger, and prevent injuries. These sessions focus on improving joint mobility, spinal movement, and overall flexibility, with techniques to support long-term joint health.

     

    Available to Non-members!

  • Prefer to train independently? Our open gym gives you access to a strength and conditioning program, plus an app to track your progress - or you can follow your own routine. It’s ideal for those who like a quieter space and feel confident training.

     

    Your membership also includes access to our Mobility and Conditioning Club.

  • Visiting Swansea? Week passes are available for short stays or trial sessions.

    Our 7-Day Pass gives you full access to the Open Gym, plus Mobility and Conditioning Club. It’s a great way to experience the club with no commitment.

  • The Coaching Club is a members-only space with everything you need to train, recover, and recharge.

     

    Facilities include:

    • Toilets & shower

    • Bean-to-cup coffee machine

    • Relaxed seating area

    • Free WiFi & plug sockets

    • Titan merchandise available
